Covington Cellars
They make a great Tuscan Red. I prefer the 2004 to the 2005 but the 05 is good. They are open for tasting Saturday afternoon and it is well worth the trip. The owners are knowledgable and and friendly, will spend time talking about their wines and the grapes they use. I tasted a cab they are going to release Nov. 08, this has great potential..

This winery, which is in an office park in Woodinville, is much more fun to visit that you might expect for the setting. The owners, David and Cindy, are often there, and they are fun to talk with (at least when they are not under siege by a bunch of tourists). The cab coming out next year, made from grapes from the Klipsun vineyard (http://www.klipsun.com/), is going to rock! I have tasted a barrel sample. They are selling futures now - get yours before its gone (about $45/bottle).
